We are saddened to hear of the December 1 2025 passing of classmate Capt. (Ret.) Randy Zeller at the age of 72 in Fairfax, VA. We thank him for his military service and send our condolences to his wife and family.
Truly sorry to hear this. Randy was quite an accomplished professional. USNA Naval Academy grad of '75, a career submariner, retiring as an O-6 captain. Spent time on The Hill after retiring from the Navy, working for Chuck Hagel, then a brief swing in private industry, then as director for interagency coordination and development, first with DHS, then at US Northern Command and NORAD. Saw him a handful of times over the years when our paths crossed. Randy was, as they say, a Good Guy.
