Carolyn lived across the street from me on Brinkley Rd. We used to attend church together on the corner of Farmer Dr. and Brinkely Rd., walking there together on Sunday mornings. I remember her as fun-loving and friendly. I remember finding out about her passing and feeling a great loss. To tell the truth, I was speachless I was so stunned. She was a good friend and someone I confided in regulary.
To those who knew her back then I extend my heartfelt condolences as I had pretty much left the area touring and had dropped by the house on a break when I found out from her brother about her passing. I never got to share stories about her with anyone or attend her funeral so that I could properly say goodbye.
If anyone else has memories of Carolyn they want to share, I will be checking in from time to time and would love to read them.
