Marshal passed away at 1:30 am on 3/30/2019, I receives a text from Ronnie his brother at 3:30 am. He was battling heart issues in the last year and it ultimately took him from us. He was a great friend growing up and baseball was his game. He was always keeping me out of trouble. We played a lot of kids sports together. He served in the US Air Force and retired, then as a Chevy Chase MD policeman before serving the Prince Georges County police force and retiring a second time. He moved several years ago to West Virginia and loved the area. We will miss him, his grin, smile, jokes and company. May God bless him and his family.
